Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This policy explains how China Prestige Capital (中國駿匯資本) handles personal data collected through this website. It is written in English. It is a practical notice for visitors and people who send an enquiry. It is not a substitute for advice from a solicitor.
1. Who we are
China Prestige Capital is a licensed moneylender in Hong Kong. Money lender licence number: 1848/2025. Our office is at Flat 2701, Island Centre, 470 Reclamation Street, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The enquiry and complaint hotline is 3622 2934.
For the purposes of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), we are the data user in respect of personal data collected through this website.
2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Identity and contact details you type into the enquiry form, such as your name and phone number.
- For a second-mortgage or property-owner enquiry, the property address you provide.
- The loan type, the amount you have in mind, and any note you choose to add. Please do not put an identity-card number or a banking password in the note.
- Technical data such as IP address, approximate network location, network operator, browser type, referring address, and the time of the request.
- Advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters that were present in the address you used to reach the site, including gclid, fbclid, and UTM parameters.
- The result of a human-verification check, where that check is switched on.
- Your cookie choice, stored in this browser.
3. Why we use it
- To receive and respond to a loan enquiry, and to call you on the number you gave us.
- To keep a record of the enquiry for our lending file, complaints, and legal obligations.
- To detect abusive, automated, or out-of-market clicks, and to decide whether an advertising conversion should be counted.
- To measure enquiries, contact actions, and WhatsApp clicks after you accept analytics and advertising storage.
- To protect the site, our staff, and other visitors.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry data to build a profile for unrelated products.
We do not use your phone number for direct marketing unless you tick the optional marketing box on the form. That box is not pre-selected. You can withdraw that agreement later by emailing cs@cpc-credit.com or calling 3622 2934. A withdrawal does not affect an enquiry you have already sent.
4. Advertising and analytics
Essential storage is always available. Google analytics or advertising tags, and the Meta Pixel, are loaded only after you press Accept on the cookie bar. If you choose essential only, those tags are not loaded.
When a tag is loaded, a normal page view may be recorded so the tool can function. We do not treat that page view as the conversion we ask advertising systems to optimise. The events we may send, and only when our click gate allows it, are Lead (enquiry form), Contact, and WhatsAppClick. If the gate does not allow a conversion, or if the gate cannot be reached, we do not send a conversion event. You can still open WhatsApp or submit the form where the page says contact is allowed.
More detail is in our cookie notice.
5. Fraud prevention
WhatsApp buttons on this site do not open a chat by themselves. The browser asks our server to check the request. The check looks at the origin of the request, whether the network address is blocked, how often it has been used, human verification where configured, a risk assessment, and whether the network appears to be in Hong Kong or Macao. Staff may receive an operational alert, through a private messaging service, containing the network address, country, network operator, campaign identifiers, and the reasons for the decision.
A high-risk network address may be placed on an internal block list so later clicks from it are not counted as advertising conversions. Blocking a conversion does not by itself stop you from calling the hotline.
6. WhatsApp
If you continue to WhatsApp, the conversation is handled by WhatsApp. Their terms and privacy notice apply to that conversation. The prefilled text only says that you want to ask about a loan. Do not send identity documents or passwords in the first message.
7. Human verification, hosting, and network protection
Where enabled, a human-verification challenge runs in your browser before a conversion can be counted. The site is delivered by a third-party cloud host. Network protection in front of the site may process technical request data to filter abusive traffic. We describe those parties by their role. We do not name the hosting platform in this notice.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiry records: up to 24 months, or longer if a loan file, complaint, or legal claim requires it.
- Click and security logs: up to 12 months.
- Internal network block list: until we review and remove the entry.
- Cookie choice: until you clear it in the browser or choose again.
If a database is not connected, enquiry and click records may exist only in the memory of the server process and can disappear when that process restarts. That is an operational limit, not a promise that data is never stored.
9. Transfers
Our staff, our cloud host, human verification, messaging, and — if you accept — analytics and advertising providers may process data outside Hong Kong. We share only what those parties need for the purposes above. Advertising providers receive conversion events only after consent and only when the gate allows the conversion.
10. Your rights
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask to access personal data we hold about you and to correct it if it is inaccurate. You may also ask us about the kinds of data we hold and the main purposes. Email cs@cpc-credit.com, call 3622 2934, or write to the office address above. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We do not charge for a routine access request unless the Ordinance allows a fee.
11. Security
We limit access to enquiry records to people who need them to respond, to keep the lending file, or to investigate abuse. No website transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or full identity-document images through the form.
12. Minors
This website is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has sent an enquiry, call the hotline and ask us to delete it.
13. Changes
We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top will change. The version on this page is the current one.
